General Terms:
· All yarns at our website----www.yarn-brand.com----are available. (Please ask the supply ability for non-available items, we may also be able to get them). Specific yarns can be produced if the quantity is met.
· We can accept OEM production.
· Yarns must be ordered on package (lot) basis instead of bulk ones. (E.g., every 6, 8, or 10 skeins of yarns will be packed together, if the type of yarn you need has 6 skeins per package (lot), you will have to select three or more packages (lots).)
·Package size according to customers’ demands is also available if the quantity is met.
· Payments must be made in advance. Please contact for payment options
· Detailed price list will be sent to buyers upon the confirmation of order.
· Items selected for order will be reserved when buyers confirm the orders. If payment is not made within five working days after our confirmation, the items will no longer be reserved.
· Orders are usually prepared within 2-3 days after the payment is received
· If, by mistake, a buyer gets a defective item, we will replace it, or we will make a refund, and a credit for the future purchases will be made.
· The pictures and detailed technical information (fiber content / color / skein length, etc.) of the items ordered will be supplied to buyers.
· Yarns can be prepared in buyer’s labels and packing manners if certain volume and lead time are met.
· Further support on sales and on technical issues will be done for our long-term cooperated and well-cooperated customers.
